Unlike the usual vada, there is no grinding involved and
so it is quick and easy to make.
hi radha vada was really good.enjoyed.thx
When I tried the vadas, they tasted Marvellous
after making the vada's you have to coat them in flour to help keep them together. try making a batter which is made from flour and water paste then coat the vada's and quickly drop them into hot oil. make sure the paste is thick but not too runny!
its a gr8 n easy recipe
this is one of my all time faves, but what i do is i coat them in breadcrumbs. this keeps the shape together, tastes crunchy on the outside and it looks a whole lot better!
I tried making potato vadas, but when I dropped the vadas in the oil, it started separating and lost its shape. I don't know where I went wrong. Could you please guide me.
