Garlic Tomato Pasta

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 8 Potatoes
    • 200 g Pasta
    • 4 tomatoes
    • 1 clove crushed garlic
    • 2 onions
    • salt to taste
    • black pepper powder to taste
    • 3 basil leaves
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • cheese for garnishing
    • 4 tbsp olive oil

    Directions

    1. Put water ,salt, 1 tbsp oil and pasta in a pot to boil.
    2. In a separate pot boil the potatoes and cut them.
    3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add onions,tomatoes,garlic,basil leaves,salt,oregano and blk pepper.Cook till the water dries up.
    4. To make sauce,blend this mixture till ingrediants are well combined.
    5. Put boiled pasta,potatoes and sauce in a pot.Cook for a few minutes.
    6. When it turns into a thick mixture, take it out in a serving dish,garnish with grated cheese and serve.

    hi swati, Actually i havent tried this recipe at home, my younger brother ate this recipe in my frd's home and he liked so much so i asked her the recipe and without trying this recipe i submitted but now i will make recipes by myself then i will submitt that it has good taste or not. second thing is that we can add mushrooms instead of potatoes as well. (sorry for bet english). bye and thx
