When u fry the batis take them out and dip them in a bowl filled with ghee and serve.
Yes, u can use gramflour (besan) instead of wheatflour and also u can try on wheatflour and 1 tbsp gramflour if not using turmeric powder.
Another thing, can we use other then wheat flour?
