Gulgule

Soft juicy sweet..... easy and quick!!!

Easily made and yum.. can be stored for 2-3 days too............... Crisp from outside and deliciously soft from inside.

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1 cup Wheat flour
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
    • 1 tbsp curd
    • 15-20 raisins
    • refined oil for frying

    Directions

    1. mix all ingredients in a bowl and add sufficient water to make a thick batter of a consistency which can be spooned in oil for deep frying. 
    2. keep aside for 10-15 mins. beat for around 2-3 mins.
    3. heat the oil and pour a spoonful of batter in it and deep fry, on medium to low heat till crisp.
    4. similarly fry all the gulgulas and enjoy!!!!!!
