i had this for the first time in a dinner buffet and thought it was so deliciously made with the best of Indian sweets...i thought i should share this with all my friends out there...enjoy it's richness!!
vegetarian 10 servings
1/4 kg motichoor laddus
1/4 kg khalakhand
10 rasgullas (cut into half)
1/2 cup chopped or sliced dry fruits(almonds,pistachio)
1 cup rabri (sweetened full cream milk thickened and reduced to half with saffron and cardamom)
crumble the khalakhand and motichoor laddus.
layer them in a dish.pour a liitle rabri over.
spread the nuts and arrange the rasgullas.
again pour the remaining rabri and refridgerate to set.
