i had this for the first time in a dinner buffet and thought it was so deliciously made with the best of Indian sweets...i thought i should share this with all my friends out there...enjoy it's richness!!

Ingredients vegetarian 10 servings

    • 1/4 kg motichoor laddus
    • 1/4 kg khalakhand
    • 10 rasgullas (cut into half)
    • 1/2 cup chopped or sliced dry fruits(almonds,pistachio)
    • 1 cup rabri (sweetened full cream milk thickened and reduced to half with saffron and cardamom)



    1. crumble the khalakhand and motichoor laddus.
    2. layer them in a dish.pour a liitle rabri over.
    3. spread the nuts and arrange the rasgullas.
    4. again pour the remaining rabri and refridgerate to set.
    5. serve chilled
