chutney (punjabi style)

try this chutney with roti,rice,chips ,pakoras,chats.

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

  • mint or cilantro
  • half onion (prefer red)
  • ginger a piece
  • salt (according to taste)
  • anar dana
  • 1/2 slice lemon
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 5 green chilles
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder (according to how spicy you like)

Directions

  1. first wash the cilantro or mint or combine both if you like, then chop them add in small blender
  2. add onion chop,ginger,green chillies
  3. add salt, anar dania,chat masala,chilli poder
  4. grate until it about smooth then enjoy the spicy punjabi style chutney.

ry adding some green mango and a few garlic cloves to the chutney for added taste.
