Instead of the regular Shami kebab or potato tikkies serve this delicious & easy to do side item with ur main course, with out much effort in less then 30 min.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 6 servings
3 fish fillet (hammour) would be preferable .
1 beaten egg( use as much needed to make a stiff mixture)
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp salt or adjust to ur taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 whole red chilli crushed
1/2 tsp cumin powder.
2 tbsp chopped spring onion.
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 green chilli finely chopped
Oil for shallow frying.
1/4 tsp chaat masala.
Directions
In a bowl Mush the fish up with your hand.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Leave to marinade for 15 min.
Make round tikkies"patti", flatten out and set aside.
Heat oil in a non stick frying pan & fry the tikkies till golden on both sides.
Remove on an absorbent kitchen towel and sprinkle some chaat masala & serve hot with polau & main dish items.
