Yummy homemade pizza

this is easy to make and costs far lesser than those available at restaurants

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    For the dough

    • 3 cups Maida (refined flour)
    • 1 cup Water, lukewarm
    • 7 g Yeast
    • 1 tsp sugar 
    • ½ tsp salt 
    • 2 tbsp olive oil  (or refined oil)

    For the toppings

    • 1 Onion, big (cut into rings)
    • ½ capsicum, sliced into juliennes
    • ½ cup Paneer cubes (very lightly fried)
    • 1 Tomato, big (chopped)
    • ½ cup Corn 
    • 4 Button Mushroom, chopped
    • 1 cup Grated cheese
    • Spices - oregano, thyme, parsley, rock salt, pepper, chilli powder (amount to taste)
    • Tomato sauce - to taste
    • Bread spread

    Directions

    1. Mix the lukewarm water with yeast and let it stand for about 5 mins.
    2. Pour this mixture into the maida. add all the other items for dough and mix well. add water if required.
    3. Put the dough in a deep bowl and lightly cover with wrap and let it stand for 30 mins.
    4. then take the dough and roll out into a round sheet of diameter 8 inches. Raise the edge with the thumb to form the rim.
    5. Grease the turntable of the microwave and put the round sheet of dough on it. Add the bread spread on it and add all the toppings as per own choice.
    6. Add grated cheese and spices on top.
    7. Place in the microwave and cook for 10 mins.
    8. Pizza is now ready to serve. cut it into slices and enjoy the homemade delicacy.
