Capsicum Corn Surprise

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 4 Capsicum large ones,
    • 1½ cup Fresh Or Frozen Corn
    • 1 Tomato, large
    • 1 Onions , large
    • 1 tsp chilli Pwd
    • 1 tsp Tumeric
    • 2 tsp Garam Masala
    • 2 big cloves of Garlic, crushed
    • 2 Cheese Singles


    1. Pour oil in the pan, when hot add the crushed garlic,roast till light brown,now add the cut onions saute till ligh brown,add the tumeric powder,saute for 2-3 mts,add the diced tomatoes,cook till it is soft.
    2. Meanwhile either boil or microwave cook the Corn till its slightly tender.(5-6 Mts ,cooking time)
    3. Add the cut capcium and cooked corn cook for a while add 1/2 cup water let it cook for awhile
    4. Add salt according to taste, add the garam masala and chilli powder.
    5. Now add the Cheese singles slice to the pan wait till it mealts, garnish with chopped coriander leaves . Serve hot with rotis or paranthas
