Cheesy Potatoes

Potatoes in tomato puree with cheese

Fusion of cheeese & tomato puree gives mouth watering taste to the recipe.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 8 small Potatoes (peeled &boiled)
    • 5 medium Tomatoes
    • 1 Cucumber
    • 4 Green Chilles
    • 1 Onion (sliced)
    • 1 Beetroot
    • few Coriander leaves
    • 40 gms Cheese
    • 7-8 cloves of Garlic
    • 2 tsp Pepper pwd
    • 1tbsp Ghee
    • 1 tsp Cumin seeds


    1. Wash, peel and boil the potatoes to cooked yet firm.
    2. Cook tomatoes, cucumber, beets, chilles, onion, garlic and salt in little water.
    3. Pass through a mixer to make a puree.
    4. Add boiled potatoes
    5. Melt cheese with little milk and pepper pwd, add it to the puree.
    6. Cook well till the gravy reduces to half
    7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.



    What to do with the Ghee, Cummin Seeds, Chiilies etc. The recpie is not Complete!!! God knows Hw Laskshmi enjoyed it !!
