Anjeer Ki Mithai

A rich flavored anjeer creates a temptingly tangy desert.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 kg anjeer/figs (crushed)
    • 3 cups sugar
    • few almonds
    • 1 tsp ghee


    1. Make two string sugar syrup.
    2. Mix this syrup with crushed anjeer.
    3. Greased a pan with ghee & spread the mixture on it.
    4. Make a vadi of it. for decoration stick one almond on each piece & let it refrigerate for an hour.
    5. Same recipe can be use making Dates or Raisins mithai.
