A rich flavored anjeer creates a temptingly tangy desert.
1/2 kg anjeer/figs (crushed)
3 cups sugar
1 tsp ghee
Make two string sugar syrup.
Mix this syrup with crushed anjeer.
Greased a pan with ghee & spread the mixture on it.
Make a vadi of it. for decoration stick one almond on each piece & let it refrigerate for an hour.
Same recipe can be use making Dates or Raisins mithai.
