Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
2 Onion, medium
1 Tomato
1 cup coriander,chopped both leaf and stem
1 Green chilli
1 Red chilli
1/2 tsp Hing
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Saunf
1 tsp mustard
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Gingely oil
Directions
Cut Onions & tomato into 4 pieces.
Wash the coriander well in running water.strain the water.
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan,Add Jeera,Saunf,Red chilli,After 1 minute,add onions.saute till it changes its colour & then add tomato.Fry for a minute
Add half cup of coriander & fry till it shrinks.It shrinks in minute's time.
Cool it for sometime.
Grind it with remaining half cup of coriander & green chilli.Add Salt.Do not add water.
Make it smooth thick paste.Transfer it to a bowl.
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a Pan.Temper it with mustard and hing.
Combi chutney is ready.It is a good combination for chapatti.
