Combination of onion,Tomato,Fresh Coriander makes delicious chutney.1 cup of coriander shd be half the bunch of coriander.If green chilli is more spicy, can reduce the chilli

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 Onion, medium
    • 1 Tomato
    • 1 cup coriander,chopped both leaf and stem
    • 1 Green chilli
    • 1 Red chilli
    • 1/2 tsp Hing
    • 1/2 tsp Jeera
    • 1/2 tsp Saunf
    • 1 tsp mustard
    • Salt, to taste
    • 1 tsp Gingely oil

    Directions

    1. Cut Onions & tomato into 4 pieces.
    2. Wash the coriander well in running water.strain the water. 
    3. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan,Add Jeera,Saunf,Red chilli,After 1 minute,add onions.saute till it changes its colour & then add tomato.Fry for a minute
    4. Add half cup of coriander & fry till it shrinks.It shrinks in minute's time.
    5. Cool it for sometime.
    6. Grind it with remaining half cup of coriander & green chilli.Add Salt.Do not add water.
    7. Make it smooth thick paste.Transfer it to a bowl.
    8. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a Pan.Temper it with mustard and hing.
    9. Combi chutney is ready.It is a good combination for chapatti.
